JOB DESCRIPTION Build and monitor roles in the Call Center system Advise on human resources, technology as well as operating strategy of Call Center. Receive and handle customer requests and questions related to products distributed by the company; Act as an information liaison between specialized departments and customers Manage, care for and maintain regular contact with customers to support and promptly resolve customer problems.
