Job Description

    Receive customer inquiries/complaints related to the company's products/services via phone, email, facebook, zalo, e-commerce sites... - Record and manage complaints, problems customers and provide information to relevant departments for resolution.
    - Provide information about products/services, promote promotions, attractive packages of the company to customers.
    - Actively contacting customers on holidays and Tet. Announce deals on special occasions and send offers to guests. Coordinating the promotion of promotions, preferential service packages of enterprises to customers. - Participate in building and managing information channels to help customers get the content they need quickly and accurately (price information, instructions for use, preservation, return policy, etc.) )
    - Conduct surveys, customers' feelings about the quality of products and services and record customer feedback.
