- Prepare customer guarantee documents to send to the Insurance Company as soon as there is information about customers with insurance using services at the hospital.
- Prepare compensation documents for insurance customers who have used services at the Hospital.
- Collect documents and send complete documents to the accounting department, coordinate with the accounting department to collect customer debts.
+ Consulting on policies and confirming benefits of customers with health insurance on hospital and insurance software
+ Coordinate with professional departments to confirm payment costs and insurance technical services paid to patients.
+ Enter and report data as required by Insurance.
