- Translate proposals, contracts, reports, and other documents from English into Vietnamese and vice versa .
- Translate proposals, contracts, reports, messages and other documents from Chinese into VietnameseEnglish and vice versa .
o Take responsibility for the consistency and linguistic quality of all documents which are distributed externally and internally.
o Check translations of proposals, contracts, reports, and other documents to ensure that they are accurate and remain consistent throughout translation revisions.
o Fill in simple forms and other documents as required
o Assist with administrative tasks.
o Perform clerical duties, take memos, maintain files, and organize documents; photocopy, fax, ETC. as needed.
o Run general industry-related errands.
o Other tasks assigned by the Manager and Director.
