- Manage employee information, records and labor contracts.
- Perform payroll, salary calculation, salary payment and salary-related tasks for employees under your charge.
- Work closely with stakeholders such as HRI, Accounting, Finance, Project Management, etc.
- Manage and report on personal income tax, social insurance, union, accident/health insurance for employees and other related reports.
- Consulting and resolving customer/employee requests/questions.
- Coordinate with recruitment department when necessary. Cooperate effectively with customers.
