Job Description:
Build and develop partnerships with schools, education platforms and corporate partners.
Support the implementation and expansion of the company's new college admissions and career counseling program.
Collaborate with marketing to build social media, email, and local event outreach campaigns.
Represent Phoenix Prep at industry events, webinars, and admissions fairs.
Research the market and analyze competitors to find business expansion opportunities.

Job requirements:
Graduated or currently studying in Business, Marketing, Education or related fields.
12 years of experience in business development, sales or marketing (education industry preferred).
Good communication, negotiation and relationship building skills.
Fluent in English and Vietnamese .
Self-motivated, results-oriented and able to work independently.

Salary: 10 - 25 million VND/month (depending on experience)
