Request:
- Male, under 40 years old.
- Minimum 2 years experience as a head chef.
- Priority is given to candidates with experience in the field of Catering (food and beverage services), restaurants or hotels.
- The ability to manage in a diverse environment with a focus on customer service is key to success.
- Preference will be given to candidates with experience in food and labor cost control, culinary demonstrations, menu development, pricing, and culinary team development. Experience in contract service management and facility responsibility is a plus.
- Good customer service skills, ability to lead and manage diverse teams.
- Creative and have good taste and smell.
- Maintain good personal hygiene, work in a highly hygienic environment and may be required to provide a health certificate stating that there is no infectious disease.
