JOB DESCRIPTION Create an annual marketing plan, implement and monitor activities in the plan Coordinate with John Deere Marketing BP to propose promotion programs and events during the year and track implementation costs; costs are claimed Organize and measure (quantitatively & qualitatively) the effectiveness of advertising/communication campaigns on promotional channels within the allowed budget Periodically organize surveys and learn about customer needs; market….
