We are finding Finance-Accounting Supervisor/Assistant Manager with scope of work:
1. Finance operational
- Checking weekly payment that preparing by staff fin-acc
- Prepare monthly budget for proposal to HQ
- Approve sales incoming payment before sales admin release DO
- Checking sales discount scheme before approving sales order in ERP
- Monthly cash opname
- Controlling AR & AP payment based on due date

2. Internal Accounting
- Checking all cash transactions that inputed by staff fin-acc to ERP
- Input monthly adjustment to ERP
- Prepare excel document support for FIS to HQ
- Check monthly stock take report that preparing staff fin-acc
- Cooperate with GT for tax servicing

3. HR Documents
- Prepare offering letter (draft from legal)
- Prepare contract letter (draft from legal)
- update monthly database employee
- Checking salary data before sending to HR
- Maker pay salary in Bank
