JD:
- Manage the whole of a client's contract: SEO – Setup, reviews, Complete comprehensive Customer Reviews and go over stats and results (SEO, SEM, Social Media).
- Communicate regularly with clients.
- Potential to renew clients' contracts.
- Review all aspects of a client's marketing campaign to ensure marketing efforts are performing.
- Make necessary adjustments accordingly to ensure positive quarterly reviews.
- Handling customer service issues to the best of their abilities and triaging all issues they are unable to resolve to the appropriate Sales/Account Manager.
- Must effectively collaborate with sales and operations teams to ensure client/company needs are met.
