Coordinate with other departments (sales, scriptwriter, cameraman, editor) to take care and handle Contracts with customers.

Prepare Contracts, Minutes of Acceptance, coordinate with accountants to issue Invoices to customers before, during and after the end of the Contract.

Receiving information from guests to communicate to the scriptwriter to handle the script, directly on the onset in some necessary cases.

Monitor the progress of product completion after closing the deal with the customer, urging the technical team to complete the work on time and according to the requirements, ensuring the highest satisfaction from the customer.

Receive customer feedback about the product to communicate to relevant departments.

Respond promptly to customer inquiries and complaints, handle situations and provide reasonable solutions if there is a conflict.

Report on business activities, customer care situation and arising problems (if any) according to regulations.
